Hailing from London’s Royal Ballet, first soloist Beatriz Stix-Brunell and principal Yasmine Naghdi set the dance floor ablaze in Andrew Margetson’s “Duet.” According to CNN Style, a female pas de deux such as this is relatively rare in the ballet world.

STIX-BRUNELL: “It’s a ballerina world. Ballet is woman, in a way, but it’s still primarily run by men.”

With choreography by Kristen McNally, the dynamic dance breaks from tradition. Be dazzled by watching the film below.
