What has life been like since appearing on NBC’s World of Dance?

Wow, it has changed our lives in so many ways! We have had some incredible opportunities to travel together and perform, including the chance to perform at Walt Disney World in Orlando, a special promotion for Disney’s Mary Poppins Returns, Union Station in Washington D.C. the New Years Eve ball drop in Times Square, The Ellen Show, Nickelodeon, the Mavericks halftime show, the BTS World Tour at the Rose Bowl, and of course, we have to mention the most incredible opportunity of getting to go on JLo’s “It’s My Party” world tour this summer where we performed 37 shows in 33 cities in 6 different countries in 3 months!

What have been some of the biggest changes that have happened?

One of the biggest changes for us is navigating the road and raising the bar with every project, concept, piece of content or performance post-show. Any time you reach any level of success that can be challenging, but as kids we have to maintain the discipline and focus if we want to keep moving forward.

What is your best memory of being on the show?

One of the best memories of being on the show were the moments right before we went on stage each week. We always took a moment to breathe together and stop time to realize what was happening and take it all in. We find such joy in the journey go getting us to the stage that by the time we were in the tunnel waiting to go on, we found a lot of calming energy which we needed to handle the intensity of being on stage in front of the live audience an judges. Those few moments together as a team and with our director were priceless.

What are your future plans/goals?

In the future we want The Lab to continue to travel, tour with our team and other artists, produce high level productions, to open up other Labs around the world, and to continue to provide opportunities for other dancers like ourselves.
